NHS Plymouth: What we do and don't commission

NHS Plymouth is both a provider and commissioner of services and treatments to the Plymouth population. Our aim is that patients can access the services they need, and that will help them to lead healthy lives within a healthy community. To aid both patients and General Practitioners in seeking the most appropriate services and treatments we have highlighted below those treatments that we commission, and those that we do not fund or are only funded in exceptional circumstances.
