GP System Formulary Downloads
Formularies for download
These formularies are for GP Practices to use and load onto practice computer systems. Once loaded and 'swiched on' for each user this enables the products in the Plymouth Area Joint Formulary to become the formulary 'picking list' for the practice.
Please follow the attached instructions, only Microtest is available.
You may need to adjust or turn off the 'pop-up blocker' on Internet Explorer to download these files.
The formulary is continually up dated so please set a reminder to check back here to make sure your practice is using the most upto date files.
